Terms of Use – AirWeb

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AirWeb mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / App Store rules.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law
  • Use the App to violate any law or infringe any third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation
  • Use the App to access or distribute unlawful content

5. Third-Party Websites and Content

The App allows you to access third-party websites and content that we do not own or control. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for third-party websites, their content, or their practices. Your use of any website is governed by that website’s terms and policies.

6. AirPlay and Screen Mirroring

AirPlay Screen Mirroring is provided by Apple and requires compatible devices and a suitable network environment. We do not guarantee that mirroring will be uninterrupted, low-latency, or compatible with all TVs, receivers, or network setups. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to display any content you mirror (for example, respecting copyright and streaming service restrictions).

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its associated intellectual property (including trademarks, branding, and code) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
